Our facility is situated on a spacious 4.7-acre ranch in the serene foothills of Mariposa County, our 16-bed, 13-bath sober living facility offers a private, structured, and supportive environment ideal for individuals in recovery. The property provides ample space for peace, reflection, and personal growth, surrounded by natural beauty and open skies.
Designed for both comfort and community, the facility features well-appointed living areas, individual and shared bedrooms, multiple bathrooms for convenience, and welcoming common spaces that foster connection and healing. The expansive grounds offer residents the opportunity to engage with nature, participate in outdoor activities, and enjoy the restorative qualities of rural life.
More than just a place to stay, our home is a safe and nurturing environment that supports accountability, structure, and a renewed sense of purpose. With room to grow—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—this facility is dedicated to helping individuals rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.
Our programs use a personalized real world approach to provide participants the tools and skills they need to develop long term sobriety. As a Participant at TRADE, you will develop meaningful connections with new friends and community partners. Trade Sober Living Homes are not institutions; we believe sobriety, responsibility, and accountability are integral to substance abuse recovery. We do provide a safe alcohol and drug free environment where each individual is surrounded by coaching and support and ensuring a positive environment for recovery. Trade sober living will encourage residents to develop a new clean and sober way of living which will foster better health, a positive attitude, and focus on a successful future. A rigorous pursuit of sobriety through community based support groups and spiritual resources are encouraged.
There is a resident “House manager” who oversees our homes. These individuals have demonstrated the desire to work in the field of substance abuse treatment. The house manager receives ongoing training, and is constantly pursuing their education and advancement in the recovery field. Our Manager work closely with each resident to help them reach their goals of living alcohol and drug free in a sober environment. Our director oversees clients progress to make sure our clients are moving towards becoming productive members of our community. The House manager will be providing all residents with random Urine analysis (UA) as well as breathalyzer testing.
